Part Separation Systems

Our range of conveyors, separators and automatic box filling equipment will reduce your labor costs by minimizing the amount of time and the number of people it takes to handle and package your molded parts. 

Our part separators mechanically separate parts from runners when the de-gated parts and runners are removed from the mold and dropped onto the same conveyor at each shot.  The conveyor feeds the separator that will then drop the runners into one area for regrinding etc and feed the parts through to a separate area for boxing etc.

We offer rotating drum separators, perforated drum separators and roller separators.
